Okay so I'm not a new player, played since 2013.

Only recently have I decided to switch to PS4.
There's no longer the free transfer campaign.
So I need to know what I have to buy, the transfer seems easy.

I have to buy the Original and the Expansion?
Or just the Expansion? Because I swear I read on FB that ARR is free if you buy Heavensward on FB.
