I know it sucks for Tank que, but did you try Que as a DPS and Greed roll on the Tank gear. I know this lessen the chance since the other Tank may just need it. But I have been told by a lot of people because of the Weekly lockout they are after a very particular gears and the chance you get it is pretty high.
