Can't continue with main Scenario Quest Line. Completed "The Least among us" quest.

Steps:
1. Received the quest "The Least Among us"
2. Completed the objective "Having arrived in Urth's Fount, the scholar bids you do what you have done before: stand watch at an appropriate distance while he takes his measurements."
3. Arrived at "Destination" in Urths Fount to activate "Standing watch" ." It seems like the objective did not complete properly.
Next objective appears anways, "Report to Minfilia"
4. Teleported to Mor Dhona
5. Reports to Minfilia In the Rising Stones to Complete the Quest.
6. Quest Complete.
7. Next Quest "A Time to every Purpose" Does not appear on Minfilia.

I Have completed the pre requisite quest "Where we are needed" The next quest "A Time to every Purpose" does not appear. This is very frustrating I am 4 quests away from heavensward content. Both quests show up as completed on my quest log. Any assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

There is actually two quest requirements for 'A Time to Every Purpose' - and both were given by Minfilia earlier on (one quest line is the one you've completed helping out the CNJ take the aether readings in the Black Shroud. The other quest line involves Tataru and her... attempts at undertaking various trades, which consists of two quests: 'An Unexpected Ambition', which then unlocks the requirement for 'A Time to Every Purpose' - 'Ancient Ways, Timeless Wants',

As Minfilia isn't giving you the next quest I suspect you've already started this second quest line but have forgotten about it, so check your Journal and see if it's still active, as you need to complete these two quests as well as the one you've just done before the next part of the 2.5 story is accessible.
