Farming rank 3s in hard is so much nicer.

Every tracks spawns a star rank. No crappy rank 5 loot.

We got 9 gold chests in one run. There were no dumb ass trolls or early spawners.

Most people don't do it however because of the restrictions. More people should start running this.

Don't forget that onlly FCs have access to the HM and not much or all have discovered it by now due to RNG.^^
Perhaps it will be more if there are just enough FCs which unlocked them or have a house with workshop due to the housing system.
By now our FC only runs HM, but we have the problem we often can't get enough people to go there with a full party so we recruiting friends from other FCs or people we know.
The most scaring thing for most of us is the zergfest in there. Most of our people don't want to participate in just a huge FATE or instanced hunting or grinding 90 min nonstop.

LOL that's so silly. I had no idea HM was gated behind both FC airship AND RNG explorations. . .

I know that our "Craft and Airship Master" unlocked it on the first volley of 3 ships in the last sectors. All three airships were focused on surveillance so they can "scan" the sectors for "interesting things".
I don't think it's RNG at all but there are some other requirements behind the unlock.
