Its possible. In case of the moogle house, there is a problem: Some mats you only get by airship exploration.

Yup, you can. Best advice is to gather all the ridiculous materials ahead of time, and talk an FC into crafting it for you... or pay more gil than imaginable right now on the AH, though I suspect not many will risk the prospect of building one for sale.
