The new recipes look like specialist recipes to me! So I guess this will be similar to the previous Zodiac weapon crafted items, but instead of being limited by desyn, this time maybe we'll be limited by specialist recipes restrictions???

I smell money, but not too much money... Well, at least CUL and ALC are not being boycotted this time. Everybody specialist class has something to sell...

well i hate when they do this. after hitting 60 on botanist, miner and the 2 crafting classes i used to like, I never bothered to gear them.
now i probably have to rely on someone else (or the market board). luckily this is one of those moments when you realize that gil has a use at certain times.

Looks like money for gatherers from what I'm seeing. I actually suspect I'll make less money than 3.1 selling skyprirate gear. And because the materials overlap with Skypirate gear, the prices of the gear have to increase in order to make profit. And people never want to pay more for something they could have bought for X.

I see a lot of people buying up the mats for these. It is actually much more profitable to sell the mats right now lol. 100-150k for dawnborne again! So easy to get too. the diadem mats are going through the roof as well. On my server it was pretty much the first few crafters online that bought it all up. Now everyone else is paying w/e they can trying to sell the finished items, which nobody is even buying yet. By the time enough people are on this stage, the markets should be flooded.

Yup that's exactly what I'm anticipating. Personally at this point I'm enjoying just sitting on my dragon horde. I have little incentive to put forth extra effort to expand it. I'm just enjoying raid content instead.

Why are they doing this. These mat prices are unaffordable to the majority of the server -_-. There goes my relic hype...

Mat price will level off very quickly. The interesting thing will be the specialists. When I have seen some of the top crafters in the largest FC's in PF looking for specialist to help build the Mog house (and tipping a ton for it), I think it is going to be really interesting seeing what the ALC, CRP, and GSM items go for.

As soon as the game went up, within 2 minutes all dawnborne aethersand was bought and being resold at 100k. Money screwing up the market board. xD glad I can gather it myself. Pterodactyls also were bought out and driven up to 25k each. Murica.
