New Dungeons - Healer POV

Well, Is it me or the expert dungeons this time are too easy?

As a matter of fact, this is the first time I play the current patch content with 'good gear'. For the previous patches I was always one step behind in terms of gear and now I have some pieces of Alex gear and some Lv 200 gear for my Ast. But let me ask you guys: Is gear that important? In previuos dungeons I thought that I might die any minute if I didn't pay attention to the mechanics, but with this dungeons... it felt so... I don't know... easy...

What do you guys think?

I personally had a horrible time in the plant one...then again nobody was dodging stuff XD. I only ran it once so... x.x I hope it is easy like you say XD cause I panicked hardcore in that run, i would love for it to get easier in later ones =w=. I have yet to try pharos hard....so no opinion on that one yet

It's not just you, OP. My gear has always been "good" for new dungeons; but I still expect wipes while we figure things out. My first time in both new dungeons there were no deaths, let alone wipes. And all players were new to them. I do think of myself as a pretty good healer so that helps, however mechanically the dungeons are just too easy.

I do agree and FEEL that they are pretty easy for new expert level
Even big pull are not that frightening
Mechanics are not that hard but could be deadly

It's still fun !
I love the arboretum
Pharos is fine but people are too dumb to understand simple mechanic xd

Well, yes, they are easy. And gear does play it's role. With an average ilvl200 people even survive blue bombs in PS hard without properly doing mechanics which shouldn't be the case, really.

KotR Ex on the other hand... Those meteors are hard (mainly because people catch every aoe, lol).

I've only done Void Ark and while I wouldn't say it was easy I didn't find it hard either, as there were times I was talking to someone in the room getting a bit distracted to look back and see everyone still at full HP. I don't mind though, I like challenging stuff but I love playing at night in bed or whatever so not always looking to have something that requires my complete attention for the whole time. Nice to just enjoy sometimes

I didn't do KotR Ex yet, Dev team said it would be challenging. I'll do it later today.

PS hard was the easiest for my we flew by that with no problem. Am am only lvl 195 but the plant one I had a bit difficulty void ark was a pieace of cake except Ursula (the squid monster) to much going on lol.

That's the only one I had issues with as well. People would be like "GET BETWEEN THE TENTACLES" but I'm like there's tentacles all over the place, she looks the same front or back haha. That and remembering to run to the pads to avoid instant death lol.

Well, either the trash in Arboretum hits pretty hard, or I've had spectacularly bad luck with paper tanks (as in, dropping to ~33% in the time it takes me to cast my DoTs). But otherwise, yeah, nothing too bad.
