    diadem gear substats disabled in pvp?

    So upon finding out a few weeks ago via live letter that diadem gears would have random substats, I got excited thinking about the pvp sets we could build...just like ol' 40's den

    So I've been farming it in hopes I could get some nice pieces for pvp. Today I had my first match since patches release and tried out some of the diadem gears I'd picked up... and quickly noticed a massive drop in my secondaries when I equipped it, tested all the diadem gear and it's all the same. Main stats capped, secondaries all disabled.

    I'm wondering if this is a mistake or intentional? Probably intentional as the sets you could build for 150 cap could end up pretty insane. Was there any word on this at all upon release or through live letter?
