You have Carpenter at 40, Alchemist at 13, and Armorer at 10.

For stuff under 50, that is to say, level 50 no star recipes and stuff lower level than that, you should have little difficulty making HQ stuff with all NQ materials. HOWEVER - this will require getting Alchemist to 15 for Tricks of the Trade. This also requires that you have up-to-date HQ gear (melds optional).

For starred stuff at 50, and stuff higher than 50, you will want Carpenter at 50 for Byregot's Blessing. You may also want Armorer at 15 for Rapid Synthesis (unless I'm getting Armorer and Blacksmith confused, in which case you may want it at 15 for Ingenuity).

In either case, crafting in HW is basically the same as crafting in ARR : set up your Inner Quiet (Comfort Zone first, once you get it, assuming you do get it), get your Progress to the point where you are one Careful Synthesis II away from finishing, then start buiding your Quality, using CP to restore Durability and Steady Hand 2 when and as needed. Save enough for your Byregot's Finisher, but otherwise, get as much Quality added that you can, which should have the benefit of building your Inner Quiet stack as high as possible. Once you have reached the point where you need to do the Byregot's Finisher, do so, then finish the recipe with one last CS2.

You may find that Rapid Synthesis, covered by a Steady Hand 2, is a better overall means of building your Progress than simply chaining Careful Sythesis 2. It is a little metter than twice as much Progress, at the cost of the chance of failure.

    I hope that stuff helps.

Get that carpenter to 50 for Byregot's blessing and a blacksmith to 15 for ingenuity(bonus to quality and progress) on top of the alchemist for tricks of the trade. Having weaver and culinarian that high gives you a huge advantage! Grind mahogany lumber to 45 and turn it all in as leves. Use GC manual to increase exp. Get those skills and you'll have way more luck.

If you check his Lodestone profile, he has Blacksmith at 15 already. Its only at 15, but that means he has Ingenuity 1.
