Punish DOL and Afker's in Diadem

I am sick and tired of players constantly joining DF just to gather or afk because they know they will get the rolls on items that the rest of party are working for.

Problem: DOL and Afker's are looting 150 - 210 items without being in combat from the party.

Solution: Separate loot from DOL and combat classes so they both have two different loot tables. Require a player to be in combat in order to receive loot and allow DOL to loot their own chest.

Reason: When a player afk's or gather's they handicap the party and makes it difficult for them to gain credit from killing high level mobs. This also punishes all players in that group who are not gathering and rewards players who do with the same loot table. This either leads to hostility towards the gatherer or the group eventually breaking.
