Treasure chests not spawning from Faction leve NM's

Steps:
While taking part in the faction NM leves, Operation: Pulling Fangs and Wanted: Tarbh Uisge, with my linkshell it has been noticed my myself and on occasion other ls members that the chest at the end of the fight will not spawn and thus are unable to recieve any rewards. This is not an isolated occurance as by now I have done about 10 of these particular leves with no reward obtained. This has been with myself as just a party member and I have not been starting or linking these leves as I believe any reward will be lost. I have tried both speakign with and not speaking to the NPC's asociated with these leves which seems to make no difference.
