Ya, the teamwork aspect is lacking a bit.

The current meta you could say is, learn to fly, and now gatherers are pretty much free to do as they please without restriction. Dying isn'ta big deal, just get up and find safer nodes. Heck as unpopular as this idea might be, Diadem, DOW/DOM only, brass spoils can be traded in for favors, usable in the outside world to get what's currently in Diadem, then those items found with favors could then be traded in for steel, or said favor could be used to make x item that is normal hidden unhidden for a limited amount of time.

This would encourage DOL to want to fight, cause the more loot they get, the more they help fight, the more they can use those brass to go in the world and use said favors to get the items.

Of course I've commented on this idea before but the other one isa gather gauge based on many mobs you defeat, when it goes down you have to beat mobs again, have each 100% act as an ability to gather from 1 area fully or rather, say each gather attempt is 10% but either way, cap it 10k% and let DOL burn their gather gauge then come back to help fight again. With that in mind have it where the mobs won't aggro DOL hiding while their gather gauge is above a certain % so let's say, Hide works when Gather gauge is at 500%, when it falls below that hide no longer works. This would then cut the gather ability in half, but also allow those who want to combo DOW/DOM and DOL to work together and burn through the whole 10k%.

Maybe to add more incentive to that it could be said the rather from 1-500% is faster than 500-10k% with say 25% per kill but then past 500% it's 10% per kill based on rank of mob. That would encourage the idea of DOW/DOM working with DOL instead of the cluster it is right now where DOL have free reign once they can fly.
