2002 - The lobby server connection has encountered an error.

I keep getting this error sporadically when logging into the game..sometimes rebooting my computer gets it to work, but not this time.
Can't get into the game at all.

Just managed to get in after repeatedly having to log back in..there seems to be an issue that needs fixing.

Still happening - - why does it have to take 15-20 minutes to log in every time I want to play this game?
I'd resubbed for 30 days to try out Heavensward..with 3 days remaining its not worth it to renew again if I cant even get in...and SE as usual, nothing to say here. Some things never change.
