It is a bug they are aware of, they claim it is only a graphical issue and it is working correctly but there are plenty of posts with poeple waiting 100-400 mins and no change.

Saw the bug, queue popped as it normally does, and then someone withdrew. After the withdrawal, the bug was gone and my slot was showing me in it again.

Pretty weird.

Problem is DPS, let alone ranged DPS. There are far too many tanks, and it seems their matching algorithm like to pair a melee amd ranged dps. There isn't much incentive to run expert when you can get Eso fairly quick and easy with more secondary rewards (Daidem) which has a fairly short queue time for DPS.

The number of available "Instance Servers" for content, seems to either have been lowered, or just now maxing out.

(Some are from the same pool, while some are not, like roulettes are in a pool, but picking a dungeon outside of the roulette is a different "pool". You'll get into dungeons faster w/o the roulette sadly.)

part of me thinks they ninja nerfed the number of instance servers, and so the queue times went up, as we have to wait for ppl to leave instances, just to reserve one, and then get PT members. (In short, this is where I think the glitch is coming from.)

I'll assume you remembered to select all languages.
In the event you have waited say 20mins for a 5 min queue, leave the queue and try again... I have found it to help.

I really don't recommend selecting all languages as you'll generally get faster queue times if you only select the primary language(s) of the server you play on.

Otherwise (for example) if say you're on a NA server where German players aren't very common and you select all languages, if an actual German player is trying to play with ONLY players who have German selected, you'll get queued with them... except it'll then have turned the queue to German only (the combined results of both of your requirements) and you'll just be waiting for another player to have selected German to get matched in etc. Same if you're on an EU server and select Japanese as a possible language to play with or some of the JP servers that don't have a very big English community.

Sorry I've probably explained this badly, the key point though is that by selecting all languages you risk your duty finder becoming a specific language only that isn't a main language for your server and having a longer queue time because of it.
