Does True Ice Astrometer even exist anymore?

Now, I don't know if this is being posted in the correct subforum, this is my first thread and probably my last too...
I'm an Astrologian and I've done Shiva EX 48 times... >48< TIMES, and not a single glimpse of the True Ice Astrometer, and according to the internet, Shiva should drop it.
I've soon collected almost every other possible True Ice weapons out there while the only weapon I wanted in the first place doesn't even drop.
The pony drops 24/7 and since I got it long time ago I don't really care so much about it.
But wouldn't it be more logical if the weapons themselves were much 'easier' to get than the mounts??
I find mounts having more vaule, but still, the RNG system is getting on my nerves, if Shiva even has the True Ice Astrometer..

I'll probably get the comment "You're just unlucky", but yeah, this is getting lame

I got my True Ice Astrometer from Shiva on my second run. Luck was COMPLETLY on my side. I'll pray for RNGesus to bless you with your loot. Farming for glamour weapons in the old trials can be a pain in the but, I've been trying to get the Ramuh AST weapon for weeks. I don't even know what it looks like. ;_; But I want it.

Im in the same boat, both for Pony and glamour. Seen neither.

Ramuh is my thorn in my side atm...not for the weapons but for the bloody pony, seen it drop twice, 34 both times and lost.

I have that, a diamond spear, a diamond bow, a diamond staff, Boreas...and still no joy for my main, Warrior, who has never seen a true ice axe drop.
