House from FC To Personal.

So i recently bought out a FC to upgrade from a medium to a large plot for our FC.

My question is, Can i transfer this house with 3.1 to a personal house? Or will i still need to destroy it and then rebuy it as a personal plot?

you can allow it to relinquish in 45 days if you don't go to it, then go buy it again when it does. Then you'll get 80% of the gil back as well.

Ah to bad that option isn't here then haha Alrighty, thanks for the answer=P Well the house isn't for me and i'm not bothered by the gil, Was just wondering if it was worth waiting a few days if this option was there

There's definitely going to be a rush to snatch up the first batch of houses, since everyone knows that they're opening up on Christmas. I don't think that Blitz would have any trouble getting his plot back, though, since he'd be the only one that would know exactly when it will be relinquished. Unless there's like a server wide message that says, "Mist Ward 5, plot 27 is now available!"

That said, if you did decide to go the relinquish route, I'd be on and ready for the moment the house gets auto-relinquished, so that you can snatch it up before anyone realizes it's available. If it becomes available at 6am, and you don't log on until 6pm, there's a strong possibility that it will be take, even if no one got advance warning.

Also, SE may add a feature that lets you choose to relinquish your property manually, but I wouldn't hold your breath for that one. At the pace SE usually puts in basic features like that, we'll be lucky to see it before 2017, if they even plan on putting it in at all.

I would also follow his suggestion for the people that do wanna wait 45 days.. its quite easy to figure out when your house is gonna go *poof*
Just enter your house at a specific time, don't tell anyone and 44 days 23 hours 59 minutes later make sure you're right next to your house to buy it back or what ever

I wish there was an option to transfer an FC house into a private one, without losing all the decorations. My husband and I own a FC house on our alts and wish we could set our mains as Tenants to it.

Ideas to serve as solutions to the problem

Allow an FC to transfer house ownership to a single person, thereby making the home private. (This would of course, remove workshops) You could make it so you could only transfer if no private rooms were present.
Allow FC houses to designate people to be tenants, even if the people are not in the same FC.
Allow FC Alliances, making it so people can have access to multiple FC homes.
