Harvesting question

I may have made a mistake.

I planted some seeds that have a 5 day growth on Monday night, forgetting that I will be out of town all weekend starting you guessed it.. Friday night.

How long after the plant matures is it available to be harvested before it dies?

Will plants able to be harvested on Friday night hold until Sunday afternoon?

from my experience it's more than 24 hours but it's not as much as 48.

Get a friend to do shared housing with you and enable garden harvesting when you set up what they are allowed to do at your estate.
