Looking to transfer

Dear Excalibur,

I'm trying to find a new server to call home..I have been on a few servers and just trying to find that one server with a sense of community. I do like raiding and PvP but overall just enjoy this game and just about everything it has to offer. I'm an NA player who plays from the east coast (evenings on weekdays and all day weekends). So just had a few questions:

1. Are their any pvp linkshells?
2. Are their often server events? (I see that there is a starlight event..stuff like that I find really cool)
3. How is the community overall? Welcoming to ps4 and new players?

1. im not sure, but ive been busy with setting up my new fc (only a few players, but end game focused and recruiting).
2. i didnt see any evidence in my research before i transferred over a few weeks ago.
3. I'm enjoying the community overall, and i came from balmung.

I would imagine there are pvp linkshells. Haven't really noticed any server events. The community is pretty good in my opinion. That's a tough one to answer though if you've only played on one server and have nothing to compare it to. It's definitely better than most servers I've played on in other games.

A lot of this relies on personal involvement & experiences. You could spend one day in Idylshire & come to a conclusion that a server has an awful community or a great one and neither may be true, lol. If I were you I'd look for a FC that fits first and foremost. Your experience will ultimately be defined by the company you keep above all else! (Esper FC will take you in!)

If there is not a pvp LS already here, you could be the one to get it started - I'd join it!

i love pvp, not good, but i'll get one started and invite both of you. my partners that will be transferring over are into pvp as well

It's basically the same on every server. I have met some nice people and some mean people.. it just varies. Excalibur is a huge server however, with lots of people to run stuff with.
