Recast timers is a bit off

As the titles says. It might just be me, but I think the recast timers are off by at least 3sec. It shows that it is ready, but when I activate it, it tells me it is not ready.

Anyone else with a similar case like this?

I am also having this issue though it is sporadic. It seems to decide whether I'm going to have laggy timers when I login. The problem persists until I logout, sometimes it's then worse, sometime it's better. Really is random, and irritating. My 1 key will never be the same after mashing for Multishot so much!

I never had this problem until now. I was thinking it had something to do with patch 1.19a

I've been having it since 1.19. Infact I had it the moment I logged back in after the update and assumed it was going to be adressed. I did make a post about it somewhere, but I can't remember where.

It seems much better with 1.19a where as after 1.19 timers were way off.

I've only had this problem in battles with a lot going on. Not in battle I can chain all my buffs. not in battle tho

I find that on the action bar it doesn't even display the recast timer from time to time and only on some abilities. I noticed it each time on scourge and banish.

I've tried logging out completely and testing it again when I log in. Still unsuccessful.

I was seeing this earlier tonight as well. It lead to a lot of button mashing.
