It is Possible to upgrade Small House to Medium, Large Plot in the Future?

Right now we have a Small FC House, will SE make it possible we can Upgrade our House Size to a Medium or Large if you have enough Gil for the upgrade without Reinquish The Whole Plot and Buy another land? This way we don't have to sale our Small plot, or buy a Medium, Large plot when new one come out, that way have more Plot for people in need?

Also, what happen if the FC own a Small House, it is possible to buy a Medium House in a Different Region? Will 2 Teleport show up when using the Teleport Menu for both of the house?

It would be a great feature, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. The housing zones would have needed to be designed from the ground up with this in mind, which they weren't. Many small houses are clustered together, there just isn't enough room to allow for expansion.

I also believe each free company can only own a single house at a time, though I have seen some companies split for the purpose of owning more and then using a linkshell to communicate instead of the usual free company chat.

Cousin asked for something like this already his idea was basically the same except he said this.

Keep appearance of the house since the plots are made for small, medium and large.
When you upgrade only the inside changes, so when you go into say a small house and you upgraded the inside to medium you will have a medium house inside.

Though this means they would have to give large something since they are already the best house maybe add a cellar area. Though nobody from small or medium can have a cellar.

They are going to implement a way to change locations, but how about sizes too ??
I'm guessing it will work like this:
Lets say you own a small house in the goblet, with furniture and all. Then you wanna move to lavender beds, so you find a small empty plot, attempt to buy it, and you are prompted if you wanna move your house in the goblet. You say yes, and all your house settings are transferred intact. Kinda like a cut and paste.

The problem would be for example moving a large house to a small one... the new house won't be even able to hold as much furniture, how to decide which stays and which is gone, right?

HOWEVER, those who don't use their houses will be getting 80% of their money back and all the removable furniture stored with an npc.... that is 80% better than abandoning !! (in which case you don't get anything back and still have to have enough room to store all your furniture somewhere).

So why not combine both ??

When you own a house and try to buy another plot, you are asked if you wanna move. 80% of the price of your current land would automatically be used to pay the new plot, the change will be given back to you the same way that expired plots would. Then, your old house will be destroyed just as an expired plot would, and all of your removable furniture will be given to the npc, so all you have now is a new empty plot ready to develop.

So lets say you move from a small house to a large, and you paid 2m for your house. The large plot would then cost you 1.6m less than it would to someone who doesnt own a house (80%, right?). You will still lose your levi fountains, airships and whatnot... but still, is MUCH, much better than having to abandon and get nothing in return, yet still have to payfull price for the new plot and deal with invevtory issues D:

I heard in the Live Letter somewhere they did Mention we can move our House to a different Region? But I don't know if it will work if we are able to move a Small Plot to a Medium or Large Plot or it have to be the same Plot size.

So I guess there is no way to get the FC House to a Medium House size without destroying it?

And I really like Mere Ideas.
