[MC][Cerberus][LFM]New Static looking for members (Innova)

Hi~
I am looking to build a new static on behalf of Innova as the second raid group. Main objective for the static is to use the time before 3.2 to build a strong cohesive group with everyone comfortable with each other. Ultimately have a team ready to tackle the second phase of Alexander Savage.

Ideally would like the following composition;

Job roles in blond are still open:

• Paladin/Darknight [B](filled)
• Warrior (filled)
• White Mage (me)
• Scholar(Filled)
• Bard/Machinist
• Black Mage/Summoner
• Dragoon (filled by a Monk)
• Ninja/Dragoon (filled)

But am flexible with the composition.

What we care about:

Flexibility.

• Be able to raid 3 to 4 days a week for progression.
• Might add an extra day if we are close to kill and if everyone is up for it.
• Raid time will be between 7pm to 11pm (ST). Do not expect every day to be 4 hours long depending on everyone's availability.
• No Raid logging,
• As I am trying to build a new group, there is much more we can do to grow as a Group and as part of Innova to push us further.

Dedication

• Please know your job.
• Be reliable in your performance.
• Your DPS is very important, but not as much as surviving & performing mechanics or an overall gain in Raid deeps.
• Teamplay.

Respect the other Players

• Have a good and open atmosphere in the Group.
• Expect members to help each other improve.
• Be open to criticism, if necessary and don't be shy to speak up if something is weighting you down.
• Voice communication is important so TS is required.
• Enjoy the game beyond Raids;
• Expert runs, Airship expeditions, extreme primals.

Looking for people with A3S experience up to final phase, of-course more the merrier.
