Cannot change name on character

The name Haurchefant Greystone is not taken on my server (Tonberry) but I have had to use 2 name change items to try to change my name to the proper spelling and now I can't log in because I can't change my name. I tried contacting support desk and they told me to contact a GM, then a GM kept sending me generic copypasted messages. Can you please help me? I can't even log in on this character because I can't change my name anymore but it's not taken.

I have been checking Lodestone everyday for a week to make sure no one else had that name and was able to make the same name on the server Hades. Why is this happening?

Someone could have taken the name by making a character but not fully going into the game.
Like they never got past the opening cutscene or entry part. It has happened with other names before.
So even if its not on the lodestone it still could be taken.

I made the character on Hades and he has never seen the opening cutscene, yet it shows up on the Lodestone.

Aaaand, a level one character with that name has now been made apparently.
