I been on this server from the beginning so I never had this issue. Although, it seems hard to get friends who are new to the game to play on this server due to always getting restricted. It's leaving a horrible impression when the first message he gets when trying join the server is that it's blocked to new players. It's been weeks and he still can't make a character on this server. Is there a window of opportunity to join? I'd hate for him to quit before even starting especially having to drop all this cash on this game.
