Diadem PF Issue

Diadem can't be replenished at all. Neither DF nor PF. It's by design. And you get a 2h lockout of reentering upon entering anyway. So it is a time commitment either via DF or PF. People also cannot be vote dismissed from it.

But going fully premade doesn't allow replenishemnt in any duty as well.

Had a FC run once when one of the people had to run mid way. So no LB but we finished the dungeon anyway.
