Steps:
1. Played Lord of Verminion Player Battle (RP) five times or so. Lost a few times, won a few times. Did not withdraw at all.
2. Attempted to register again, but was told I can't due to incurred penalties.
3. Periodically tried to register again, to no avail.

I am aware of the intended penalty for retreating from a LoV match or withdrawing from a match, or letting the time run out on the queue window.

However, I have done neither of these things, and yet I've somehow incurred penalties. Never have I withdrawn from a match/queue.
