    2.0 EX primals

    So... currently sitting in queue for ramuh ex for 184 minutes now... Got tired of queuing this for a clear as a tank or healer just to end up with dps in ilvl 120+ gear that can't seem to kill more than 2 arbiters at 25% echo.

    A random thought that came to mind on this was the possibility of SE adding an EX primal roulette. However given how annoying a couple mechanics can be with random people I'm not sure what kind of roulette incentive would get players to visit this after clearing the existing ex primals that wouldn't feel game breaking. Maybe a primal token that could be used to purchase drops if you collect enough to save time on farming ponies or looking for glamour/desynth. idk.

    Its the start of an idea but i currently don't know which direction to go with it. The overall goal is to get more people revisiting the side or optional 2.0 content. I've seen/heard similar issues with coil now and CT.

    The idea could potentially bring more ppl to do the old primals i guess (giving them tokens that can be used to exchange for the ponies) but idk how much of the playerbase actually gives a damn about the ponies/kirin anyway to revisit it. I know i couldn't care less about them myself (only have the titan pony and nightmare mount) and wouldn't do them even if such a system guaranteeing progress on those drops were implemented. For your sake I hope players that feel like I do are in the minority lol.

    If people want the drops they are more likely to make an unsynced premade - which you should be doing and part of the reason why the queue time is so long.

    Like he said, there is no reason anymore for normal queuing, materials drops in the chest since the patch and it's far easier with lvl 6o. Try to make a premade or join a group in PF.

    Big surprise! All the folks doing it are terrible, because OLD CONTENT!

    No thanks. It's awful enough when you form a PF group with a bunch of randoms on the server. At least if they're awful, I can note that and never run with them again.

    People are ALWAYS going to want to run new stuff over old stuff. Why? It's new & shiny! You could incentivize the crap out of running old content, and still very few people would run it.

    OP, do the EX primals as tank or healer. Instant queue most of the time as tank, plus it counts to your tank mount achievements. Never queue for them as DPS and QQ about the wait time in the forums >.>.

    Just put up a party finder asking for help with clearing it, most people are super cool about that and don't mind helping out and they don't take long at all! You can breeze through all of them really quickly. It's going on all the time on my server.
