Have a house? Please read!

I've wanted to own a place for myself. however there's no more houses available... my dream is on hold until a new small plot comes up.

I spend 90% of my time in people homes, pretending its my home, but I also like looking at their furniture, decorations etc Ive noticed more often than not, that the style,the designs, it's often mis-matched, or just plain tacky.

owning a homes such a dream of mine...Id hate to see people waste away their beautiful homes!
Im offering my time, and colorful style to help re-furnish, re design or simply re do your home, for free! I do accept tips, but I just love the housing too much to see it waste away. Ive done this for everyone in my old FC who had a home, and they were all pleased with the result.

Simply add me ingame. we'll go over your design prefrence, and you'll then make me co-owner. ( I know this must sound sketchy, but please trust me! Im a great person.) Youll give me your already bought furniture, or some gil (I have money of my own. I won't steal yours.) and sit back and relax, as I make your home worth a trillion bucks!!

I found my private house by lucking on to the LAST (small) plot on Brynhildr. I don't know when the rule change took place, but houses that haven't been entered (by owner for private homes or any FC member for FC houses) for 30 days revert back to the open market (talk to the housing guy at the neighborhoods for further). It's fairly recent, because I took about 4 months off and just returned last week and got the notice but still had my house. So what I'm doing is EVERY DAY I check all 3 housing districts to see if there are any plots for sale. If I can find a medium or (gasp!) large, I'll buy it and sell my small one. I have no idea what they'll be resold at, so I'm preparing for a $40m piece of dirt. Good luck and don't give up.

As I said in the other thread, the houses become available in 45 days after last occupation. This began only with 3.1 so around Christmas Day the first should start. The asking price will be exactly the same as it was when they first began being sold - unfortunately!

Good luck on your decorating services! You didn't advert which server you're on though.

I also often stalk around people's homes (all for good intentions of art! I swear!) And it's really surprising how little care goes into a lot of them. I think a lot suffer from either lack of flow or lack of caring. Ever since they made the interiors instances and people cannot truly idle about the house the amount of decorating really plummeted. It's a shame really on both senses. Of course I'm not a professional either, just an enthusiast.
