I'm not 100% sure how it works, but it looks like it's crafted from things you get from Airship Explorations, and as far as I know the drops you get from that are random. Even if you sent your airship(s) to the right location every day, it's a crapshoot whether you'd actually get the items you need. Your company probably just happened to have all that stuff on-hand.

Oh ya..the RNG with the exploration can be icky ; ; But I would say other then that, did not really have a hard time at all with it And yes sir you are correct, we had the stuff on hand haha. Most of it was basic items though
