The housing system in this game is fantastic and with each update they add more to the range we have to work with. This was for my personal house but the f/c is working on one right now. I was lucky with my crafts already lvled but had to specialize in CRP & ALC to get the materials I needed. I wonder what types on exterior they will add in future updates!

I wouldn't really say that. Just depends on if you have a way to make gil. Right after I leveled botany (takes like a week, maybe 2) I earned a ton of gil farming mats. I almost had enough for a medium house at one point (though that all ended up going to my mog house skin, all but 5mil anyways). For the right price, anyone will sell their house. Friend of mine just recently bought a mist house for 5mil (he over paid on it t' boot) on our server. Plus, for Brynhildr anyways, there are quite a few abandoned houses around (especially goblet) and will probably be up for grabs on Christmas when the 45 days timer is over for inactives. That would mean all you have to pay is the plot price which I don't think goes over 3.5mil on our server (for small I mean).

That middle bar of pink yes, and the circular rims of the faux-windows. Nothing on the fence or the overhang.

Are you now going to wait til they implement the move system before ever moving? I wanted to change over to mist. But now with the new skin... I think I will stay put... I didn't think it would end up being all my gold when I started this venture xD

Wait...2 days? Why are people seeming like this house is so hard to make? Not trying to be mean or anything, we made ours in less than half a night with only 2 crafters >.>; It is one of the most simple things I've done in the game heh.

I'm not 100% sure how it works, but it looks like it's crafted from things you get from Airship Explorations, and as far as I know the drops you get from that are random. Even if you sent your airship(s) to the right location every day, it's a crapshoot whether you'd actually get the items you need. Your company probably just happened to have all that stuff on-hand.
