It's easier than every to get a job to 50, and beyond, thanks to the experience bonuses. If you do other things while waiting for roulette the queues hardly mean anything. I doubt those zones you are talking about are COMPLETELY empty, too. Especially given that HW jobs start at 30 and thus put them in a prime position to spam FATEs in that level range. Costa Del Sol especially.

Are you perhaps playing during hours where less players are awake in general?

Then quit instead of complaining about it? If your going to complain about the process of leveling another character, I can only imagine what else your going to complain about.

Its possible to get 1-50 in a week if you diligently run dungeons, and you never even have to step out of the city. Tedious, yes but it is effective. Don't forget food that 3% matters.

Your Arcanist is level 23. You're doing something very, very wrong if you can't level that easily.

    Felmyst,

There are alot of things in game that you can do to get a job up by leveling One of the key things I saw not alot of people posting info on is the Beast Tribe quests. You are capped currently at 12 per day and if you are trying to lvling a alt job it is a viable option to do once your in que for a dungeon. I think the biggest concern you may have in regards to this issue are sometimes long que times. While in que one of the best options for you to do is to try crafting items while in que and also try doing fates in between. TBH, I will not tell you some random fact to attempt to troll you or make some disrespectful comment. I have already leveled up all my jobs to 60 which I just finished doing Bard my 9th Job. It is considerably time consuming.....but believe me its doable. Just try to have the patience to get to lvl 34 on the job and then the sky's the limit once your in CCH, once there set up a PF group and you will see how fast it will fill. Lastly, remember also that there are helms that you may get that also provide a boost to xp up to a certain level. I hope some or all this info help and I wish you all the luck. Keep your chin up and keep pushing to 60 and I promise you'll get there, maybe not as fast as would like but you will achieve it.

Thank you for the kind words from the heart, which I am sure they are from. I know exactly what you are mentioning.

For your first job, it should be really easy to reach the lvl cap if you run dungeons and complete side quests, plus story, so not sure why complain if that's the issue.

If you refer to leveling multiple jobs, I agree at some point, since for a game that encourages you to level a lot of jobs, the lvling can be a bit boring sometimes for alternate jobs, but it's not THAT bad tbh. Dungeons, Duty Finder, Hunts, Leves, and FATES should help you reach lvl cap if you focus on it.

Sometimes I wonder if games need leveling any more. You already have a progression system of unlocking skills/spells by completing certain quests, and you've got gear progression. It would be possible to design a game without class/job levels at all, which really just breaks down to getting an arbitrary amount of points through any mindless grinding method, to qualify for your next job quest.

To answer your question, you just have to do your fates solo and wait for your leve allowance to refill. You can unlock a chocobo companion via a quest at camp tranquil I believe, which helps with solo leveling.
