How funny. I did Sohm Al while my WHM still 53 with GC's EXP Boost 10% and it gives almost 1/3 EXP bar in 1 run. It make me encourage to level other job.
Just... don't be lazy. That's all![]()

I like to lvl in dungeons/trials only.
On DPS in the middle of the weekday (which is right now 1:45PM on a Tuesday) I have a 6min queue for lvling roulette on my under 50 MCH.
It's so incredible that you say its a 2 hour wait... I am having trouble believing it ^^;;;
Have you tried logging out and back in and trying it? Are you selecting all Languages? Is it possible to take a screenshot showing your queue preferences and wait times so it can be determined if there is a problem like a bug?

Yes I know exactly all of this. But I am out of Leves as said in OP. I know the pattern and way to go. And yes I know the EXP is quick when you have the luck of having people in the area doing said FATE's. Or when DF can be actually decent. But in the last weeks it has been horrible, so that I am not out of leves and deal with ridiculous delay for roulette / duneon. And to be sure you are on the same line as I am. I speak of low level, not HW or post HW..2 hour leveling roulette queues sounds a bit high. I've never had one take more than 40 minutes. Though...queues seem to have been a bit wonky lately.
Me, I started playing the game about 5 months ago and I'm coming up on my third L60. I've got PLD at 53 and DRG at 50. I leveled mostly through dungeons and fates...and guildhests/leves at low levels. You also have 100 leve allowances and gain 6 per day, so it takes a pretty long time to run out of those. Quarrymill and North Than seem to be the best places for low level fates (North Than for ~40-52ish). Leveling is fairly quick until 50 in my experience, so I'm not sure what they can do other than somehow shortening queues for dungeons or increasing exp from pvp. :/
How is the situation on Diabolos per say? If it went all smooth for you maybe there are more new players? Because I start to think the issue is Balmung itself.
lmao i have i just finised capping all tanking jobs just got war to 60 today and i got most to 50 not all next im going to get ast to 60 to finish healer. tbh it takes me longer because i dnt devote my life to ffxiv but i will have ast done soonYeah okay GG. So I am the idiot according to all of you here. Try to level up something new then I'll laugh at you. I dare you to try it. But since you all seem to think your system is perfect then I won't use forums any more to complain. I'll just quit and stop giving my money to Squeenix.
I have hard time to believe selecting all languages can affect this. But that is a constructive point being brought. And something that I have not thought about, too. I will try this but I am done playing for now anyway. Will try next time, probably after maintenance.I like to lvl in dungeons/trials only.

Yeah not like tank job is a big feat to get higher level too. Let's remain honest, shall we?
thought you said you were quitting and unsubbing
Even with the "fast" leveling in this game, I find it boring as all hell. I don't understand why current MMOs stick to the archaic method of leveling, which is nothing but a grind. It would be significantly better had they adapted the singleplayer way where you level naturally as you explore the world, while doing engaging quests but alas, that's not going to happen.
But instead of complaining about leveling, I just didn't level anything past my first Job. FFXIV takes enough of my time as is, to maintain more than one Job? I'll pass.
That is you. But the majority of player base, myself include. Like the variety of the game. The exploration is offered enough through general questing and jobs quests, which are very engaging with cut scenes and story lines.Even with the "fast" leveling in this game, I find it boring as all hell. What I demand is reasonable delays to obtain a duty spot to pop.
I still got paid time. So I'll do whatever I want with it.
