Leveling up makes me want to quit.

I dunno what you're doing OP at the lower levels yeah it sucks but from lvl 50-60 it took me 2 days of doing dailies and spamming dungeons as they give a ton of exp. If you're gonna quit with all these new exp changes then go ahead, 1-50 when lvling a new class when you have a main one at 60 as I see you have Ninja it's really easy. You can hit 60 in 5-6 days now before I dreaded lvl 55-60 as for me (in my own opinion it was the worst) where before it would take more than a week.

why do you want to be like the older players? just do your own thing, pick a class and make sure to level up the sub classes so you get the cross skills. I've been playing 6 months+ now and I still don't have all my classes maxed nor do I want to.

levelling from the dungeons can be a pain with roulette so just do fates.
1-18 west thanalan
18-25 quarrymill
25-30 costa del sol
30-35 coerthas
35-50 north thanalan

also when you think that the fates are empty just think of the others who are in the map as well thinking the same. just yesterday no fates were being ran in north thanalan and the moment I started one of them at least 5 people came running to jump on the band wagon.

levelling arcanist is slow before lvl 30 so make sure you upgrade your job after to scholar, then you will get almost instant access to dungeon runs with possibly at most 5-10mins max wait depending on where you want to go

I've got a year and a half to my name. I haven't got everything 60, I haven't even got everything 50 (bloody crafters and gatherers). Hell, I haven't even got everything 15! It's an MMO. Grinding defines MMOs. So I hate to sound like a jerk here, but I feel it is warranted. Either suck it up or get gone. Here's the thing, there are times when the grind looks daunting to me, but I know if I complain I'll just sound like an entitled moron, so I just suck it up.

Create a FATE party. Trust me, people WILL join. People will see the FATE party, think "Ooo, I got another class I can level there" and jump in. Trust me, it does still happen.

Correction: Even at 3am for Europe (Odin is an EU server), I still see FATE grinding.

I've done it alone for most of my classes. Fates while waiting for the 30m++ queue to pop.

Leveled most of them within a week.

What we do not understand is in what way that would matter, since many FATEs can be soloed without too much trouble.
