Ive said it before and ill say it again, remove the vote kick ability in these 2 dungeons.

And then there will be people that afk in there for the easy clears while everyone else is forced to either leave or do their work for them.

I agree there needs to be something done to make dungeons more newbie-friendly, but that is not it.

Fair enough but how about removing vote kick on anyone that is doing the dungeon for the first time then?

Now sure it would technically be possible for that person to do nothing but then you still have 7 veterans to roll thru the dungeon with ease.
