Faster GP regen please

We need this. Especially with the 2 min 50 delay we have to mine/harvest the new HW unspoiled. And for Fisher, Patience isn't that useful when you can't even use the corresponding catch move because of GP.

IMO it should be 1.5 to 2x the speed it is now. 600 GP takes 6 minutes to regen currently, 2 hours ingame. Doing it in 4 minutes would already be something. Not much point going for 700 GP if it means you have to use a cordial between every node, and it makes aetherial node gathering extremely inefficient. And the new 5 red scrip nodes, undesirable (6 minutes to regen still, but you only get 1-3 item instead of 2-4).

fishing wouldnt be so bad if it guaranteed the HQ, and you couldnt fail the catch while using the corresponding skill
