    Each Tier of Mob Should Drop Pop Items for Star Ranks

    The biggest problem with Diadem is there's no point to explore. By far, the most efficient use of time is to unlock flight, rush to Dino Island and start zerging.

    People need to be given reason to explore the various islands. And since certain parts of the zone can't be physically gated off, then the best way to do this is by requiring pop item farming.

    Require that Star-rank mobs be spawned with a set of pop items from each tier of mobs. The pop item drops from the NM that spawns from the "Fresh Tracks" among each mob rank. Also, reduce the likelihood of gold chest drops from higher-tier mobs. Double the drops from Star-Rank mobs, and only make Star ranks spawnable by pop sets. Goodbye, brainless single-island zerg that's completely killing this content.

    And the finishing touch -- allow the Star Rank mobs to be summoned ANYWHERE in the zone. That way, hordes of leechers can't just hang out at the spawn points. Groups that want help can shout out their locations, or coordinated groups can fight their Star ranks in secret and not need to share their loot.
