Creating a basic scene of a lancer or a monk or what ever swinging their thing around without much pizazz wouldn't exactly be difficult.
You'd also have to consider the circumstances of the animation...like a fight for example. A warrior of dorkness isn't going to fight a lalafell warrior the same way he'd fight a roegadyn scholar, especially the intricate things like blocking with their weapon or weapon-locking (which also accounts for height differences within the same race/gender). They'd also have to take into consideration new jobs that come into the game for rewatching the cutscene, unless you don't mind rewatching the lvl 60 summoner quest and watching a CUL use deathflare.

Some lead up to primal fights and trials do this too. I remember for Ifrit normal mode that after you'd get captured and instanced into a waiting room, the quest npc tells you something along the lines of escaping to gather some companions for the troubles ahead. The best explaination is that the people you'd gathered all possess the echo to resist temperment.
