Wicked 's party had Daenearys Targaryen. A character from the Game Of Thrones series, while Tsukino's party consisted mostly out of characters from the Slayers series. (^_~)

that would explain why i didn't get it. I don't want GoT, and haven't got into the slayers series.

ahh ok.. And strife is actually a lore based hyur name.

I was playing a lalafell till recently so my name follows the lalafell female naming, the name itself is my fav daedra from Elder scrolls Azura. The name also fits my Au ra as Azura was the dawn and dusk goddesss of the moon and star.

From the ToS, "Prohibited activities". Technically, everyone without an original name is treading on thin ice.

Not that I mind, mind you. My server alone as at least four different and adorable Haurchefant impostors and it becomes hilarious when they meet in Camp Dragonhead. Add the Hyurchefant from the autumn stars costume contest for the lulz. But yeah.

A choice to wallow in their complete and utter lack of imagination. I don't roleplay, but I thought for a few seconds about my name. I wanna say "at least it's better than all the Cloud' Strife' characters running around" but by volume it sure doesn't feel like it.

Also posts like OP's are why I detest the word "epic" now.

Unfortunately, playing a multiplayer game and clicking on threads with titles you dislike on its forum means that you will inevitably occasionally discover people who are less perfect than you. A lot of people with odd names probably played the demo without reading the lore and ended up staying.

So let´s form this in a "what is youre names meaning" Thread. XD

Mine is quite boring, sadly; I wanted an Elezen-flavoured name but my French is poor and I didn't want to accidentally give myself a rude-sounding name, one which was already in use on an NPC somewhere or something that would embarrass me around French-speakers. So I just went with something safe.
