Finding levequests

Mostly about crafting and gathering, when I level up I go to the various levequest npcs and see if they have a quest. Is there a way to find out what levequests are offered when and where?

In game not until after you have completed them. Once complete they appear in your Journal.

Type in Google "(whatever DoH/DoL leve you're looking for) guide ffxiv"

I.e.: "Black smithing guide ffxiv"

The websites that stick out to me and that I mainly use is FFXIVguild.com.

This is a pretty good site for planning out leves for crafters/Fisher. It might not give locations, but it gives the leve name and is super useful. Also leves are usually in one of 2 spots, the starting adventurer guild of the class or the level appropriate area of the crafter.
