I know we have a black bandana with mask. However, are there other pieces that could be dyed to resemble the black pirate outfit from the Princess Bride?

Boots and gloves should be easy enough, tons of options for those 'collars' on the boots and the gloves are standard leather gloves.

The shirt I'm thinking one of the 40ish crafted doublets.

Pants, anything tight-fitting.

Bandana, maybe the Gryphonskin Bandana or whatever it's called, the two-star 50 craftable? I have one stashed away somewhere for when my ninja hits 60 and needs new glamour, it looks a lot like the picture but not sure if it can be dyed.

Best I could come up with, without knowing of any dropped equipment in dungeons, is:
Level 52 Holy Rainbow Shirt of ?????
Any Tights Item (Hempen Tights, etc.)
Any Tight-fitting crafting gloves
Hunting Moccasins.

They can't be dyed.

~40 shirts for physical dps, moccasins, tons of gloves, tons of pants - maybe not thights but there certainly are pants that would fit.

The falconers shirt is going to be your best bet, it's dyable too, unfortunately it's brand new so will cost a fortune if you have a high-level crafter friend and can get the mats.
Pants ... maybe the Strife pants that are asubscription reward.

Not sure about the boots but I've definitely seen boots like those in the game (may be a dungeon drop though) , and gloves, can't go wrong with jet black velveteen gloves
