Duty Finder for EX and level 60 roulette BROKEN

Currently I am unable to queue properly for an EX or level 60 roulette Ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute time span approx. it times out. Goes from 1/1 and finding a group to 0/1 and just spins until I withdraw from duty finder (have waited over 30 minutes - go in and queue for the dungeons outside of EX roulette and instant queue as I am WHM). This is making it impossibru to run duty finder for the roulettes.

I can provide screenshots and any files needed for review and addressing. After 7 in game support requests and no resolution from mods, I was referred here...

The numbers going to zero is a know bug, but apparently it is only visual and it is still queueing:

An issue wherein the number of matched players for each role may always shows up as a 0 when forming a party in the Duty Finder.
* This is only a display error. The matching process is functioning normally.

A lot of people have noticed the queue times have increased since 3.1 came out, but SE have said here that they checked and it is all working as intended apparently.

I have queued for 30 minutes as a WHM in the EX roulette for the 2 new dungeons, then closed the roulette, immediately queued for the 2 dungeons separate from the roulette and instantly queued in (as WHM both instances). I have also had an FC member queue in after me with the same class selection and was chosen within 5 minutes while I was still waiting. No others I have interacted with have had this issue. I appreciate the response but does not appear to be the issue I am facing. I do have screenshots of the extremely high wait time before I just dropped, queued up the 2 dungeons outside the roulette and instantly queued in.

same thing happen to me, queuing for almost 50 minutes still didn't get party...

Possibly check your languages and make sure only English is selected. Maybe another language got selected accidentally and that's what's causing you the problem (selecting all languages sounds like a great idea, but while forming if it connects you with a person that only has single language selected (that isn't English), then your entire selection becomes that language only so filling the other slots can be slow if it's not English (orJapanese on JP servers))

I have ran into this problem since patch 3.1. It seems that all roulettes are affected by this bug. I say bug, because I've tested this theory. On any roulette the class count goes from 1/1 for a tank or healer,1/4 for a DPS to 0/1 and 0/4 respectively.I thought there was something wrong with the DF algorithm so I stayed in the queue while it read 0/1 for almost 2 hours before I gave up and queued for specific dungeons and got in one under 30 seconds as a healer and under 3 minutes as a DPS. I have done this with all levels of dungeons/roulettes leveling, main scenario, level 50 and level 60 and this only happens when I'm queued for a roulette.
