    Failed Fantasia

    Dear Customer Service,

    today I had a bug with using fantasia (appearance change drink). I drank it, I logged out.
    Now I was in the charakter creation, changed my Au Ra to Mi'qote, changed my goddess and
    was soon kicked out. The weird thing is I couldn't get back to character creation (to change my hair, haircolor and such) and was forced to login.
    So my fantasia was gone. Now my Miqo'te is some standard-type I don't even want to play with now I also didn't accept anything after changing by clicking it or something (I didn't have the chance to do so)

    I would really appreciate if you could give me a second chance to change it and I hope I won't be fooled
    by a bug like this again.

    Your best bet will be posting a ticket to a GM online they will likely mail you a new one

    To a GM online in game•

    I believe it is in the menu "help" "support" choose "report harassment (only way to contact a GM) and fill out the form describing what happened with the fantasia

    to be safe I always choose "create new character"

    tinker around in the character creator to get the char I want, save it
    then use the fantasia and load the model I made previously just in case of a 90k or something.

    I did. He said post it in forum.. and send this link..
    I wrote to GM and i contact the support on this site, both send me this damn link to this forum..

    If they're being unhelpful.

    Submit a new ticket "saying" you accidentally used the wrong settings on your Fantasia. (A white lie)

    GMs can issue a one time return of a used/lost/discarded item.

    I did this when I used a Fantasia and decide I didn't like what I had picked.

    They sent me a new one in the mail.

    I can't possibly understand why they would direct you to the forum when the forum can't really help with it, even in tech support and bug reporte

    I dont know.. maybe they didnt read it properly?
    Thats the firt time, that ive a problem ingame, i just wanna solve it... i dont wanna play with this standard miquo'te.. im really unhappy D:
