Update 2

Turns out a (scumbag, lowlife) phoned sony on 11th pretending to be me wanting to change my password. They give sony the wrong dob and then my account was suspended. I send them proof of my id and they sent me saying they got the email but no id. I sent it another 5 times to make sure they got it and now they have. It has to go to a differn't department who can unban my account. The only problem now is its on a queue process and can take upto a week. I'm so pissed off and they better compensate me as I have not been able to play any games.
