    I agree that pulling the unfortunate and tragic crimes of reality into a world of fantasy is tasteless and is borderline insulting.
    I'm not having a go at you OP or anyone who (enjoyed? participated in?) in game vigils, but providing actual real life aid to the people who need it is a far better use of time and resources. SAYING you stand as one has its limited value yes, but I can't help but feel most of these shows are only for show.
    There is a lot of satirical comments on the trend of the 'show' for support (See: Recent Southpark episode for an example) but this is a XIV forum and I feel my comments are now breaching into off topic territory so I will finish here.

    I would not ask SE to do such a thing again as I find it improper to hold them to any sort of obligation but I thought it will be an interesting fact for those who didn't know about it
