SE can you explain?

Yep, this has happend to me aswell. I do PvP with a friend and we are both in the same Grand Company. We queue at the same time and he gets to PvP after waiting 15 minutes, while I had to wait 45 minutes. We tried it again, only this time as the same class and I got into PvP 3 rounds, while he was waiting around 90 minutes for his first round.

The system is broken and I do not know how SE is planning on fixing this. I have reported this issue months ago, but I take it either SE has issues fixing this or its on the bottom of the list of things to do. I guess the only thing we can do is keep reporting it.
