Indeed there is still problems with dead lobbies, I'd just suggest you and your friend select E language only when queueing pvp. SE will no doubt never fix this issue, we are still awaiting gc removal which with finally address the overall queueing experience.
But are they going to remove the GC restriction? I remember during HW Yoshida said that the lore was too important and that it would stay, has he changed his mind?
