Thread: Adversaire<VERSA> is recruiting exceptional players to build a super static for 3.2!

If you haven't heard of us before on Gilgamesh, we're a medium-sized tight-knit FC with 3 groups clearing A4S before 3.1. Our tag represents server 3rd FC group to clear A4S, and server 2nd FC group Thordan EX. We've also consistently held #2 on Gilgamesh in overall raid statistics on FFlogs every week since progression. Historically, although we've never had a world/server progression presence, we've always cleared all content before majority of the server (usually top 10) while raiding only 6-9 hours a week. We strive to recruit exceptional players who are competitive with world progression groups in skill level. We value a hardcore level of skill with an open-minded positive attitude that meshes well with hardcore and casual players alike.

Team RIVALIS, the founding static of VERSA is rebuilding itself for 3.2 raiding and is looking for multiple players who excel at their job and the game. I'm looking for players who are competitive with the best of the best but are willing to commit to non-hardcore raiding hours; I need gifted players who can make the most out of limited raid time and learn/adapt quicker than most. We've traditionally always accomplished what many medium-core/hardcore groups have done in significantly less time and hope to continue to perform at a top level. We represent hardcore skill level with a casual schedule of Tues-Fri 7 PM PST - 10 PM PST as our target for 3.2 raid tier.

In additional to meeting the skill requirement, I'm looking for players to raid with long-term, who enjoy the game and are willing to commit. Prospective recruits must have the right attitude and be able to treat weaker players respectfully. The qualities I look for include: patience, understanding of the game, understanding of teamwork and raiding, respect, ability to min-max, learn quickly, own up to mistakes without being overly defensive, contribute to raid strategy and morale, use TeamSpeak with working microphone, and become a valued member of the FC.

Any exceptional player may be considered. I do expect an A4S kill pre-patch, but I can make exceptions for the right people.
