For leveling, use fates, levequests, daily hunt bills, weekly challenge log. If your role isn't needed in DF parties, then you can not do it and level through those other methods, mainly fates.

Think you're missing the point. It's not the disproportionate wait times based on archetype that's the problem per say. It's the fact that before the 3.1 patch, wait times were not THAT bad. Now they are. Could be Fallout 4's fault, but who can say for sure other than Squeenix who would more likely have those statistics on hand than us.
