Vanu Vanu beast tribe bug. Quests not initiating from Muna Vanu's list if quests

NPC name: Muna Vanu
Class/Level: Ninja lvl 52
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Sea of Clouds 6,14
Steps:
1. Completed Vanu Vanu quest "Linu's Lovely Bones"
2. Ranked up to rank 3 with Vanu Vanu, unlocking Muna Vanu as daily quest giver
3. Attempt to initiate quests from him, have 9 beast tribe daily allowances available. Quest list opens with 3 quests available, click on any of them to inititate them and none will initiate. There are no other open quests in my quest log at time of trying to initiate the quests from Muna Vanu.
4. Tried relogging and teleporting to other areas and back to Muna Vanu to see if this corrects the problem, it doesnt.
5. Unable to initiate any of the quests from this NPC it seems.

I am having the exact same issue.

This is completely ridiculous, what is going on with the developers!?!
The quantity of bugs in this patch is absolutely unacceptable, the game quality seems to be going down the drain.
And they even had a 24h maintenance before this patch....

As for the Vanu beast tribe, at the very first day, i did not get any of the "bonus" 3 extra quests for ranking up, forcing my progress to be behind most other people...
Now when I finally rank up to 3, the "bonus" 3 extra quests do show up, but NOTHING HAPPENS when i click them. I can't accept them.

It seems the RNG fetish of SquareEnix has reached a whole new level.
Now it's up to RNG to decide if you even CAN do the quests that other people can.....

Think they already announced this the other day. Think it may have been one of the fixes they were still running QA testing on before implementing.

You need to mention the system you're playing on in case it is platform specific. It is not listed in your report.
