    How To Unlock 3.1 Dungeons?

    I went to the locations where the quests for the new dungeons are supposed to be but no quests are available at those locations. On the patch notes it says the "Heavensward" quest must be completed and I already have that completed.

    Realized I was the the Dravanian Forelands instead of Hinterlands lol. I found the quest for one of them but the quest for Pharos Sirius HM still isn't there. I remember completing NM a while ago but probably didn't complete it since the HM quest isn't available. Ill run it again and see.

    you have to continue the pharos sirious questline. go to aleport. go straight from the Aetheryte and you will see a person with a quest mark. you stopped the quest line mid way through thinking it was done after you ran the dungeon.

    The Pharos Sirius (Hard) quest giver is in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks, right outside of the Maelstrom Grand Company. Just verifying that you are actually looking in the right place.

    Also, check your journal and make sure you actually completed the quest "Why so Sirius". Completing the dungeon doesn't automatically complete the quest.
