i210 lotting when heading into PUGs

Most PUGs I've been in - in fact, all of them - have been really great with sticking to an agreed set of rules (generally i210 lot only if you have the job at 60, or else only if you are using that job at that moment). I'm interested in whether people would like the idea of either...

    1) a restriction that stops people from being able to lot for i210 items if they don't have the job at L60

    or...

    2) job lock being in place while the lot window is open. Essentially until all loot is divvied out, you can't change jobs. So as soon as a chest is opened, all jobs lock until the loot is handed to a user, and you can only loot for the item if you are on a job that can actually use it.

    or...

    3) Can only lot for i210 gear for the job you actually entered with. I dislike this one, personally.

EDIT: Oh, and FWIW, I realise option #1 would lock me out of a lot more than it would lock others out of. I only have WAR at 60. I don't mind the idea of someone having all jobs at 60 and lotting for everything because of that, including my job, even if they don't use it often. What I get annoyed at is when someone lots for i210 WAR gear when they don't even have WAR leveled at all.
